FAQs
Q: How far in advance do I need to place my order?
A: We prefer to have orders placed three weeks prior to the event ,
but we are able to get a tuxedo within a few days.
Q: How much is a Tuxedo rental?
A: Tuxedo rentals range from $74.95 - $139.95 (coupon prices included) depending on
styles, prices may change with the addittion of upgrades and shoes.
Q: Do you offer any deals?
A: We honor a $40 discount with all JIM'S FORMAL WEAR tuxedo orders. Group
orders (weddings/quinceaneras) consisting of seven or more rentals will receive one
free tuxedo rental. JIM'S also offers a Ring Bearer Special on select styles for parties
that have six or more complete orders.
Q: Are Shoes Included?
A: Shoe rentals are an addittion to the total rental cost.
Q: When Do I get my Tuxedo?
A: Tuxedos are delivered the week of the event and are generally available for pick-up
on Wednesday of that week.
Q: Do I need a down payment?
A: We require a down payment of at least $40 on each order at the time the order is
placed. (If order is placed in the same week as the use date, full payment is required)
